A plant based take on an iced cappuccino that’s sipping fantastic.

The Essentials


  • 500ml Alpro Barista Soya, cold
  • 2 handfuls ice cubes
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup


    The method: in 4 simple steps

    Step 1

    Froth the cold Alpro Barista Soya until it's thick and creamy.

    Step 2

    Top a tall glass with ice cubes and pour in the cold-frothed Alpro Barista Soya.

    Step 3

    Mix the espressos with the maple syrup and add to the glass.

    Step 4

    Swirl, sip and enjoy !
