Oat Blondie Latte

A plant based take on an iced cappuccino that’s sipping fantastic.


The Essentials

Ingredients

  • 1 espresso
  • 210ml Alpro Barista Oat Gluten Free
  • 35g White Chocolate (Callebaut W2)

Equipment

  • Espresso Machine
  • Glass for serving

The method: in 3 simple steps

Step 1

Put the chocolate in the glass and add the
espresso.

Step 2

Stir well until all the chocolate has melted.







Step 3

Froth the Alpro Barista Oat Gluten Free to a maximum of 65ºC, and pour over the coffee.
