- 1 espresso
- 210ml Alpro Barista Oat Gluten Free
- 35g White Chocolate (Callebaut W2)
- Espresso Machine
- Glass for serving
The method: in 3 simple steps
Put the chocolate in the glass and add the
Stir well until all the chocolate has melted.
Froth the Alpro Barista Oat Gluten Free to a maximum of 65ºC, and pour over the coffee.
