Tropical Matcha Latte
Coconut, pineapple, paradise island in a glass!
Step by Step
In the bowl, whisk the matcha and warm water.
Add the pineapple puree and mix with the matcha until smooth.
Put the ice cubes in a glass, add the matcha mix and finish with the cold Alpro Barista Coconut.
Here's what you need before you get brewing.
1g high quality matcha powder
10ml water, heated to 70ºC
200ml Alpro Barista Coconut, chilled
15g pineapple purée
2-3 small ice cubes
