Tropical Matcha Latte

Coconut, pineapple, paradise island in a glass!

The Essentials


  • 1g high quality matcha powder
  • 10ml water, heated to 70ºC
  • 200ml Alpro Barista Coconut, chilled
  • 15g pineapple purée
  • 2-3 small ice cubes


  • Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Glass

The method: in 3 simple steps

Step 1

In the bowl, whisk the matcha and warm water.

Step 2

Add the pineapple puree and mix with the matcha until smooth.

Step 3

Put the ice cubes in a glass, add the matcha mix and finish with the cold Alpro Barista Coconut.
