Vanilla Coconut Frappé

A vanilla chiller with a tropical twist.


The Essentials

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Alpro Vanilla Ice Cream (=100g)
  • 180ml Alpro Barista Coconut
  • 1 chocolaty double espresso (e.g. Brazil)

Equipment

  • Blender or spindle mixer
  • Glass

The method: in 3 simple steps

Step 1

Prepare your espresso.

Step 2

Put all the ingredients into a blender or spindle mixer and mix until smooth.

Step 3

Pour into the glass and serve.
