Vegan Mango Coconut Smoothie

Smooth and summery, this is what desert island dreams are made of!

The Essentials


  • 150ml Alpro Barista Coconut
  • 150g mango purée
  • Pinch of ground cardamom
  • 4-5 small ice cubes


  • Blender
  • Glass

The method: in 3 simple steps

Step 1

Put all the ingredients into a blender.

Step 2

Whizz until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Pour into a glass and serve.
